like a tailored suit, I’ll make your special Ligurian experience
who am I?
Essentially I am a curious person
that’s what makes me so excited about the news
Tourist Guide for Genoa and Liguria (since 2003)
I wish people could understand and appreciate this land as I understand and love it; that’s why I like to share what I know, and what I keep discovering, about my territory and the people who live here.
Being a tour guide means never being satisfied with what you know about what surrounds you, and keep on looking and learning, for the pleasure of sharing.
Travel Director (since 1990)
My first love, the one of a lifetime: the journey.
I realized that for me the destination is important, of course, but what really stimulates me is the departure, the journey itself, the displacement, of which I live every minute. I made it a profession, which allowed me to meet many different peoples, and to know many fascinating places, which have also caused me, from time to time, the idea of staying a little longer in one place or another.
Freight forwarder (1996-2000)
Yes, I also had my good “employee time”... I actually had more than one, but this was the last and most important, the one that made it clear to me that having four walls around is not my way: I need air, sun, rain, especially, I need people...
1983 - Technical Institute for Tourism E. Firpo, Genoa - Diploma At the very least, I had clear ideas from the beginning!
Since my time at school I studied English, French and German, and in the same period I took a Spanish course.
The paths of my life have brought me less and less to speak German, so today I seldom use this language in my working days.
On the other hand, I started studying Japanese. It’s not easy, but I love challenges!
