We will go west of Genoa traveling to the Riviera di Ponente until Albenga; the town, Roman and medieval, is in the middle of olive groves and vineyards, and home to the famous Pigato wine.
We will then move towards the hills of Finalborgo, protected by its walls and the two castles of the Marquis Del Carretto, in an area famous for its unspoilt nature and rocky walls, ideal for outdoor activities such as free climbing.
Finally we will meet history… on the beach, in the ancient Maritime Republic of Noli, protected for centuries by the Ursino Castle, one of the best preserved examples of medieval stronghold of Western Liguria.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
